What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- your name,
- your email address, and
- the type of business you run (for example, independent jewelry store or gold buyer).
We don't ask for payment details, ID numbers or customer records on this site.
Like most websites, our hosting provider and form service may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To email you about FineVault AML's launch, pricing and product updates.
- To understand which kinds of businesses are interested, so we can build the right product.
- To reply when you email us.
We don't use your information for any other purpose without telling you first.
Who receives it
We use these service providers to run the waitlist. They receive your information only to provide their service to us:
- Form service: Netlify Forms
- Email service: [EMAIL TOOL, not chosen yet]
- Website hosting: Netlify
- Email inbox: Gmail (Google)
- Fonts: Google Fonts (your browser loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address)
- Email forwarding: Namecheap (forwards support@ email to our inbox)
- Spam filtering: Netlify's form spam filter (Akismet), which may receive your submission to check it for spam
We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until 24 months after launch, whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: use the link in any email we send, or email us.
- Access, correction or deletion: email support@finevaultaml.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security
We use reputable service providers and limit who can access waitlist data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we'll also email the waitlist.
